Rest Assured Home Care Services' representative will arrange to visit you in your own home to assess the care that you require and need. We will undertake a risk assessment which will help identify safety issues such as moving and handing issues and will endeavour to eliminate possible hazards in your home environment. This assessment will allow you the opportunity to have direct input into the care you require. We will provide a care plan prior to our service commencing, which will detail our findings and your specific requirements.
Your support worker will be selected to match their skills and experience with your needs and the care plan will be reviewed and updated regularly as your requirements change.
For more information regarding our services, please contact us on 01943 466 292, or email us here info@homecare.co.uk

Because of the risks of falls, staff cannot carry out tasks where there may be a risk of injury through accidents e.g. standing on anything or reaching higher than arms length.
Any medical treatment e.g. suppositories or enemas, we will however liaise with district nurses to ensure that these tasks are completed in a professional manner.
